Determining if a vehicle has been abandoned requires we ask the following questions:
How long has the vehicle been on your property?
Are one or more of the tyres flat or missing?
Are the windows broken?

Is there water damage to the interior?
Have weeds grown up around the vehicle?
Is there a significant amount of rust on the vehicle?
