MS Webb is planning a client expansion campaign which will see the company spread its geographical footprint to the North of England with an increased network of agents next year. The company announcement is in response to considerable growth during 2022 which has seen an 80% growth in the number of commercial sites it looks after in the London area and a staggering 400% growth of the vacant sites it Inspects on a weekly basis outside of the City. In addition, MS Webb has been instructed on £12m of rent collection and completed over 350 lease forfeitures since the restrictions on forfeiture and rent collection were eased by the Government at the end of March.
The Company, which was established over 30 years ago, provides a broad range of security, property management and enforcement services for asset managers who look after commercial premises as well as directly with landlords. It has experienced growth in the securing and inspection of vacant properties as well as an increase demand to install and monitor wireless security CCTV systems. In addition, a considerable lift in demand for enforcement services and clearing up of sites that have experienced fly tipping or have been abandoned by their tenants has added to its sustainable growth.
